“This zine features illustrations as well as tips about intrusive thoughts. I have included skills I have learnt in DBT at university. I know a lot of people struggle to access services and therapies like DBT, so I thought I'd put some skills and tips together. If you need any more help or clarification please don't hesitate to ask!
Skills in the zine include: observe, describe and participate, distraction, wise mind ACCEPTS, distress tolerance techniques and mindfulness of currents thoughts!
They are hand printed on coloured paper and hand sewn together using coloured thread.
