Returns Policy

If you need to return your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us at info@shelflifebookshop.com. To be eligible for a return, your book(s) must be in the same condition as when you bought/received it.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items that have been read or show signs of wear and tear.

Exchanges
You can exchange an item directly in the shop or via the website by making a new order. If you’d like something that’s out of stock, just let us know and we’ll order it in for you.

Refunds
We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once we’ve received and approved your return. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, too.
