This little zine is jam-packed with soothing activities for people with autism/ASD. (Paper colours are sent out at random, leave a note at the checkout if you’d like a specific one!)

“This zine is all about autism. Everyone experiences autism differently but I hope it can help you in some way, or help someone you love learn a bit more about autism and how to make things easier for you.

They are hand printed on pink, blue, purple and grey coloured paper and hand sewn together using colourful thread.

This zine includes:
- two cute sloth colouring pages
- a self soothe word search and self care bingo
- mindfulness techniques
- info and tips on emotion regulation, looking after your mental health, masking, sensory processing, burnout and support from others
- more sloths!
